Load-in and room access

Agree the performance schedule
Include doors, proposed start and finish times, any other acts, and timing restrictions. Discuss the set and break schedule before listing it publicly.
Prepare accurate show information
Share the venue name, address, admission details, age policy, and approved ticket link if applicable. Public show information should only be announced once the booking and details are confirmed.
